The Climate Adaptation Law

Below find a proposal from the people, by the people, for the people. Our hope is to have the organizations listed below assist in spear-heading this suggested law.

“When we look at climate change now we have got to realize that this is a global environmental crises of unprecedented urgency” – Bernie Sanders

Every day brings us more powerful man-made global climate change disasters, although many are already in the midst of struggling tremendously with these effects. It is important to realize this stems from those who manifest a specific primal nature that has evolved into a deliberate hunger for wealth, basically those who manifest this quality consistently.

If humanity is going to survive the effects of this key nature which entails greed, arrogance, ignorance, apathy, and now avarice and religious based denialism, we each have to both transform our own natures and take concrete steps (action) toward climate adaptation.

These people who manifest these lower disposition should not be in possession of the majority of capital what-so-ever. Their wealth should be removed as it is being used to bring about a slow suicide of not only for ourselves but of those who are too young to understand and their families in centuries to come. We have to be the ones who jump out of the heating pot (soon to boil)! We absolutely have no choice at this point.

Our very survival as a species is directly in question here and if we are to be soundless while we become extinct, without any expedited action what-so-ever on our behalf then we must ask ourselves; “Why give up hope, not only for ourselves but for our children and their future family?” “Why do we not fight not for mankind’s existence?” “Does it have to come to the point when the environment becomes more and more uninhabitable?”

As with any tribe, when a tribal community members are in this type of predicament the tribe votes to both remove their belongings (wealth) and have them leave the tribe with a minimum of provisions.

We propose that those who hold wealth and are directly responsible whether individually or through their company has their wealth and company removed, no matter how much value it is. The company can be given to the employees and the investors and/or board-members would have to be evaluated for removal as well. Those ethical banks, associations, educational institutions, companies and wealthy individuals would support and oversee these transitions.

We propose that once these are removed they will be banned from having anything to do with both media and politics.

We propose this to be a universal (world-wide) law, which the primary point would entail:

1. Keeping humanity off the extinction database due to man made Global Climate Change!

2. Protect our children and their children to come—to ensure they can live in a world that is sustainable to their survival!

This UNIVERSAL (WORLD-WIDE) LAW; would be adopted by every nation as means for also making sure something like this never repeats itself again.

We propose that it is called: The Universal Climate Adaptation Law!

The law would also serve as putting into immediate implementation of ‘The Victory Plan’ as proposed by The Climate Mobilization.

Another few benefit of this law would be that it would create mass employment with better salaries, improved health-care and education. Funds would be also directed to helping disappearing islands, poverty, creating solar farms, employing solar panels on all State and City buildings and generating the mechanisms as outlined in, ‘The Victory Plan!’ and other documents within their library. (tick)

The immediacy of this endeavor cannot be over-stated. This has to begin happening as soon as possible.

“We are now faced with the fact that tomorrow is today. We are confronted with the fierce urgency of now. In this unfolding conundrum of life and history there is such a thing as being too late. Procrastination is still the thief of time. Life often leaves us standing bare, naked and dejected with a lost opportunity. The ‘tide in the affairs of men’ does not remain at the flood; it ebbs. We may cry out desperately for time to pause in her passage, but time is deaf to every plea and rushes on. Over the bleached bones and jumbled residue of numerous civilizations are written the pathetic words: ‘Too late….’” – Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

(As a suggester I am putting this proposal out there for these organizations (listed below) and others not list to immediately back and support this idea, adding to it and pushing for it to be implemented hopefully by November 6th 2020, (suggestion).

Majority would rule, so any country in refusal shall abide by the majority vote whether it becomes a Geneva Convention Law or a United Nations Article (or implemented in any other method). Denying countries would have no choice but to abide, if not then the people of that country will have a special election to vote the majority or minority, again majority would rule for votes within said country.)

Again, this idea can now in the hands of the public law-makers. We will have to do this eventually either way as mother-nature will have the final vote otherwise, if you get my drift. What we offer here is a small ball of string and hopefully it can roll into a giant ball quickly with the input of others especially those listed below.

Investment in disaster early warning systems are essential to help communities adapt to climate change. – Mr. Taalas, Secretary General of World Meteorological Organization

This idea generated from Iceland’s similar action a few years ago, some vague ideas from a sociology 101 class and something Mike Malloy said on February 5th 2007.
